Return Policy
· All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
· Returns must be received within 15 days of the transaction.
· No refunds or exchanges for merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
· Defective items can be exchanged for same product if accompanied by a receipt and within the 15 day period.
· Most web orders will ship within two to three weeks, the Prideas Company will not be responsible for any orders cancelled after shipping. If the order is already shipped and the customer wishes to send it back at their cost, a refund can be issued for the returned item excluding a 25% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling. This must be done within 15 days of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges without a Receipt
· Refunds/Exchanges will be honored if the order number and/or invoice number is supplied by the customer within 15 days of purchase. The amount of the refund/exchange will be determined by referring back to the account history and the original price paid.
Refunds
Because all orders are made by credit card, a credit will be issued to that card.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
Follow these instructions to return any purchase by mail.
1. Make copies of the original receipt and packing slip for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) being returned or exchanged on the packing slip or original receipt and note the reason why.
3. Indicate whether you want a refund issued or an exchange made. If an exchange request, please note that on the lower portion of the packing slip. A fee will be charged for the shipping and handling of the exchanged order.
4. Circle the name and address where the receipt or exchange should be sent. Please note on the returned packing slip if it is to be sent to a different address.
5. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible, and include the copies of the original receipt and packing slip. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
